BCF – Year End Snapshot

The Bartlesville Community Foundation has a simple vision: the Power of Together. The Power of Together enables everyone to accomplish far more in the community than individuals could alone. Through the collaboration of our donors in 2017, that vision translated into a more than $1.2 million contributed back to community organizations serving those who need it most.

Of the $1.2 million, $25,000 in special grants were awarded. These special grants included a $15,000 contribution to the Boys and Girls Club of Bartlesville and a $10,000 gift to the Washington County SPCA. Additionally, the BCF facilitated the distribution of $98,500 in scholarships to local students pursuing a higher education.

Thanks to the continued support of generous donors, in 2017 the Foundation increased their total investment in the community by nearly $300,000 and hopes to continue this trend in 2018. By enabling the Power of Together, we create educational opportunities, enrich lives through the arts, deliver critical social services, and restore hope throughout our community. Whatever your charitable goals, the Foundation is ready to partner with you to make them a reality.
