The Bartlesville Community Foundation offers numerous scholarships to graduating high school students and returning college students. Some of these scholarships are specifically for Bartlesville High School students, but there are several directed to students in other Oklahoma schools. The funding for these scholarships generally comes from donors who have a specific interest area and require applicants to meet certain criteria to be eligible. The BCF Scholarship Committee reviews the applications and makes recommendations to the BCF Board which makes the final award decisions. Most of the scholarships are competitive and will have only one award winner, but, in some instances, more funding is available to allow more than one award. Additionally, a few of the scholarships allow an award winner to reapply for continued funding for subsequent college semesters.
