Mike joined the Foundation October of 2018. Prior to his joining the BCF, Wilt served eleven years as the executive director for Bluestem Medical Foundation at Jane Phillips Medical Center. During that time he also supervised public relations, marketing, and government affairs for the hospital. Before his tenure at Jane Phillips Medical Center, he served ten years as a state representative in the Oklahoma Legislature after being elected in 1996. An active member of the Bartlesville community for nearly 30 years, Wilt currently is involved with The Salvation Army, K-Life, and the Chamber of Commerce and frequently serves as master of ceremonies for many special events. In 2015, he was appointed by Gov. Mary Fallin to serve as a member of the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission. Wilt’s wife, Sherri, is president/CEO of the Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. They have been married for 33 years and are the proud parents of two daughters and grandparents of two little girls. Their eldest daughter Miranda and her husband, Army Staff Sergeant Kyle Shelts, live in Copperas Cove, Texas with their two daughters, Addilynne and Heidi. Their youngest daughter Olivia, is a senior at Bartlesville High School and will attend Oklahoma State University in the fall.
Laura Jensen joined the Foundation in May of 2017 after spending six years in the banking industry. At the BCF she serves as a liaison to affiliates, agencies, and donors, helps steward current funds, promote the Foundation, Foundation programing and encourage the creation of new funds. Laura holds a primary bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a secondary bachelor’s degree in Gerontology from Kansas State University. Locally, she serves as the membership chair for Young Professionals of Bartlesville, is a Chamber Advocate, Leadership Bartlesville Class 27 Vice President, Bartlesville Noon Rotary Club member, City of Bartlesville Board of Adjustment member, Run the Streets mentor, Washington County Elder Care volunteer and Big Brothers Big Sisters event volunteer. Laura’s husband Spencer is a data engineer for Phillips 66. They graduated, purchased a home, got married, moved to Bartlesville and adopted two cats all in the spring of 2015 and are pleased to call Bartlesville home.

Anne Swearingin–Finance and Accounting Manager
Anne Swearingin joined the Foundation in September of 2011. She considers the Foundation the most rewarding job she has ever had. Anne loves the outdoors, taking walks, gardening and lending a hand at several local organizations. Cruising and spending summers at her favorite camp ground with her dog Miss Bailey are other ways Anne enjoys her time outside of the Foundation.
Jina Woods — Office Support Specialist
Jina Woods joined the Foundation in August of 2018. Prior to joining BCF, Woods was in the mortgage loan and finance department with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Woods spent the last two years at home to be with her daughter in her last two years of high school. During her time at home, she became a beekeeper. Woods has beehives in her backyard and enjoys helping to save the bees! She loves the outdoors, enjoys gardening and cooking out on the grill. Woods is a member of Bartlesville Indian Women’s Club, Native American Student Alliance and is president of Bartlesville Beekeepers. Jina’s husband Steven is a professor at Tulsa Community College where he teaches teaches Native American Students and Philosophy. They have two daughters Hailea and Kateri. Hailea is in her third year at TCC studying Environmental Science and plans to attend OSU next year. Kateri is enjoying her experience attending public school for 8th grade after being homeschooled K-7th.
