Laura Jensen, MBA — Executive Director

Laura joined the Foundation in May of 2017 after six years in the banking industry. Since, she has lead many organization projects and was appointed Executive Director in 2022. Laura holds a primary bachelor of science in human nutrition with a focus in public health, a secondary bachelor in gerontology from Kansas State University and a masters degree in business administration from Rogers State University. Locally, she serves as a volunteer for many organizations, the City of Bartlesville Board of Adjustment, and is a graduate of Leadership Bartlesville Class 27. Laura’s husband is a Data Engineer for Phillips 66 and they have two daughters.

 

 

 

Anne Swearingin — Finance and Accounting Manager

Anne joined the Foundation in September of 2011. She considers the Foundation the most rewarding job she has ever had. Anne loves the outdoors, taking walks, gardening and lending a hand at several local organizations. Cruising and spending summers at her favorite camp ground with her dog Miss Bailey are other ways Anne enjoys her time outside of the Foundation.

 

 

 

 

 

Nancy Warring – Office Manager

Nancy joined the Foundation in March of 2023 after more than 20 years of dedicated service with the City of Bartlesville. Nancy has served in many roles in various local organizations and looks forward to engaging with the nonprofit community professionally with the BCF.
