The Bartlesville Community Foundation is excited to celebrate this holiday season with the awarding of more than $60,000 in grant monies. These awards are a result of the Foundations’ annual fall grant cycle.
Each year, the Bartlesville Community Foundation hosts two grant cycles. This fall, the Allied Arts and Humanities, Legacy Hall of Fame, Service League, and Schmoldt Family Foundation for Education Funds each accepted applications for funding.
Every application submitted is reviewed by the Foundation’s grant committee. This committee is comprised of three board members and one community member.
Organizations who received funding include Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation, Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra, Children’s Musical Theatre, CONCERN, George Miksch Sutton Avian Research Center, Martha’s Task, Oklahoma Energy & Agriculture Community Training Field Inc. (OK EAT), Oklahoma Wesleyan University, Paths to Independence, St. John Catholic School, Tom Mix Museum, Washington County Elder Care, and Washington County SPCA.
The Foundation’s spring grant cycle will open on January 31st and close March 4th. Information about next seasons offerings available on the BCF website – www.bartlesvillecf.org.
