The Bartlesville Community Foundation (BCF) is proud to announce the promotion of Laura Jensen, MBA from Executive Director to President & Chief Executive Officer. This appointment recognizes Jensen’s impactful leadership and her continued commitment to strengthening the Foundation’s role in the Bartlesville community.

Since joining BCF in 2017, Jensen has been instrumental in the organization’s growth and success. In her tenure, the Foundation’s assets have more than doubled, and over $15 million in grants have been awarded from funds in BCF’s management. She also led the Foundation through the achievement of national accreditation, launched the Celebrate Together event, expanded the impact of the Fund for Bartlesville to support emerging community needs, and spearheads initiatives that intentionally engage donors and community leaders.

“We are thrilled for Laura to step into this new role as President & CEO,” said Ashley Kane, Chair of the BCF Board of Directors. “Her vision, integrity, and dedication have helped the Foundation transform. This promotion reflects our confidence in her continued leadership and in the direction, she is guiding the organization.”

Jensen shared her enthusiasm about the new role and the future of BCF: “It has been an incredible privilege to serve this community through the BCF. I’m proud of our organization and am humbled to advance and steward the work of those who dedicated energy to this mission before me,” said Jensen. “I’m excited to continue working with my incredible team and board to build partnerships that support a resilient Bartlesville for generations to come.”

As President & CEO, Jensen will continue to guide BCF’s strategic direction, foster community collaboration, and lead efforts to ensure sustainable philanthropic impact throughout Bartlesville and the region.
