The Bartlesville Community Foundation believes in the power of together. The Foundation offers a place for donors to invest in the charitable organizations and causes they want to succeed today and tomorrow. By joining donors together, the Foundation can grow faster and invest more in the community to continue to build a better, stronger, brighter Bartlesville for everyone.
With this mission in mind, the Bartlesville Community Foundation is excited to announce the launch of a $25,000 collaboration grant during their spring 2018 grant cycle. This grant opportunity encourages area nonprofits to work together to accomplish a goal they would otherwise not be able to complete independently. Each application submitted must outline the strategy of at least two organizations working together.
Foundation CEO Shawn Crawford outlines the goals of the new grant: “The Foundation hopes this collaborative grant will encourage nonprofits to consider how they can work together. Hopefully they will discover ways to deliver even more programs and services to the community through shared resources and expertise.”
With this being the first time a collaborative grant has been offered, the Foundation encourages organizations interested in applying to join them at the Bartlesville Public Library January 30th from 3-5pm to ask questions. The application for the collaborative grant will open February 1st and close March 2nd.
