The Build-Steward-Lead Video Series is a resource for nonprofits and the community. This growing collection will serve as a dynamic video library designed to inform, connect, and inspire.

Build: We build and implement adaptive strategies to address the dynamic priorities of
our communities.

Goal: to make organizations more accessible and local needs more relatable.

The “Build” series focuses on strengthening connections and sparking meaningful collaboration across Bartlesville. Each video in this collection will spotlight a local nonprofit, sharing their story and the impact they make right here in our community. Our goal is simple: make these organizations more accessible and bring local needs into clearer focus.

Our first feature highlights Ray of Hope. Executive Director Rhonda Hudson walks viewers through the organization’s history, the services they provide, and the difference they’re making every day. She also shares how Ray of Hope is funded and how you can get involved—whether by volunteering or making a donation.

Steward: We steward lasting funding streams that foster community vitality and
resilience.

Goal: Break down endowments (funds with long-term intent) and the benefits for
organizations at various points in their development.

Lead: We lead with integrity to enhance quality nonprofits and data driven solutions to
advance our communities.

Goal: Break down industry speak (nonprofit and community foundation) to make it more
relatable to the general/interested public.
