The Rich and Kathleen Rutledge Fund seeks funding requests for civic projects in the city of Bartlesville (including new capital projects) and to support music/music education and arts/arts education. All interested organizations should submit a complete application. A complete application includes all required attachments. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Award decisions will be made by the BCF grant committee.
