Green Country Cattlemen’s Association Scholarship

This scholarship award is administered by the Bartlesville Community Foundation on behalf of the Green Country Cattlemen’s Association. It is for students from Nowata and Washington Counties in Oklahoma who are involved in the beef industry.

Award Details:

$1,000 for one student from Nowata County and one student from Washington County, annually. If awarded, this scholarship will be paid the first semester of the student’s sophomore year.

Applicants will be evaluated on the quality of their answers to the application questions.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nowata or Washington County student
  • Involved in the beef industry
  • Well-written essay, explaining how you will promote, support, and participate in the beef industry in the future

Required Addendums:

  • First page(s) of FAFSA Submission Summary, up to and including the Student Aid Index number. Refer to FAQs for more information.
  • Official high school transcript
