Carmen Jeannette Stanton was a devoted wife, mother, and beloved member of the Bartlesville community. She lived a life defined by love, service, and a steadfast dedication to both her family and the people around her. A 1961 graduate of College High School in Bartlesville, Carmen’s path was marked by ambition, achievement, and a deep commitment to helping others. In 1968, she founded Career Employment Service, Inc. Through her leadership, she helped hundreds of individuals secure meaningful employment, positively impacting countless families throughout the region. Carmen was also proud to be one of the first women elected to the Bartlesville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she worked tirelessly to uplift her community.
